A Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Street Strategies online eCourse is to be completed before the first day of class in order to qualify for licensing. The class is usually scheduled over 1.5 days; an evening classroom session (no bike required – cannot ride after dark on a Permit) and one full day of range-riding time (bike required).
